rules.
1.
Each team shall consist of a minimum of six
players, and ideally no more than twelve. If either or both team have less
than six players, the game can go ahead with agreement of both
Captains.
每个队最少由六人组成，最好不超过十二人。如果比赛双方任何一方少于六个人，双方队长协议后可先行比赛。
2. If
a team plays the match with five players:
They forfeit one single game and one double game.
If a team has four players they:
They forfeit the team game 1001, two
singles games and one doubles game.
如果一个队在比赛时只有五人出场，这个队的一个单人赛和一个双人赛不比就算输掉了。如果只有四人出场，这个队的1001集体赛，和二个单人赛与一个双人赛不比就算输掉了。
3. The team
that plays three games with five or less players, they will be given a warning.
If they field
an under-strength squad on the fourth occasions, they will have the point
for that game and all further
games played with less than six players deducted.
如果出场比赛的队有三场比赛出场人数少于六人，这个队将得到一个警告。在第四次出现这种情况后，这个队以后每场比赛的分数都将按人数少于六人扣除。

Upon agreement of both Division 3 captains prior to game play, Division
3 teams can follow the division 2 rules.
注释：若双方队长同意，丙组可按乙组规则比赛
5. The
match winner will be awarded three league points.
In case of a 12-12 draw each team is awarded
one point. If any teams
are level on the league points at the end of the season, the team with greatest
difference game points
for and against will be place higher in the league. If this does not solve the
problems, there will be
a play-off between the two teams.
每次比赛赢的队将得到队分三分，打平的队将得到队分一分。在本赛季结束时，如果某二个队的排名不能区分，这二个队将增加一场决赛.
6.
Due to the increasing number of events, trophies and awards, the hopes
of having a well organized it has been decided that the league fees will remain
to RMB 300 net per team. This does not include the cost of the party which is a
pay as you go event. It must be paid before the beginning of the new season. In
addition for those teams who will have trouble-raising RMB 300 in one go please
let the Darts Committee know and we can arrange a payment plan for you. It is
encouraged to make a one-time payment please.
鉴于奖杯与奖品，和活动的增长，希望能很好的组织以保持队费在三百元人民币的水平上。其不包括颁奖庆功会的费用，庆功会的费用将在下一个赛季开始前缴纳。如果哪个队不能在规定的交费日期交付队费，请你与飞镖委员会联系并安排其它的日期。大家最好在同一时间交付队费。
7. Two score sheets for both home team
and away team must be faxed or e-mailed to the division captains as soon as the
game is finished and not later than one week or before the next game.
This is the
responsibility of both captains BUT MAINLY the home captain. If score sheets are
not sent within a specified time above, the home team will be awarded “Zero”
points and the
opponents
2 points.
比赛的双方各队必须在下场比赛之前把记分表传真或EMAIL到自己所属组记分员处。这是双方队长的责任，尤其是主场队长。如果记分表没有在上述规定的时间内送到，客场队将得到队分二分，而主场队记为零分。
8. The
matches should start at 8:00 p.m. and no later than 8:30pm .If a team has less
than six players at
8:30pm rule one and rule
2 applies. A minimum of six players must be present to start the singles.
The team game can be started
later. Players who turn up after 8:30pm need the agreement of the
opposing captain to
participate, however the opposing captain are urged to be flexible on this
point.
If at least 6 players are not
present at 8:30 p.m., the opposing team has the right to claim a walkover.
Captains are encouraged to invoke
this rule only in the situation where it is clear that their opponents
will not be able to raise at least six
players. PLEASE BE AS
SPORTSMANLIKE AS POSIBLE.
比赛应该在八点开始，不能晚于八点半。如果一个队在八点半后，其队员少于六人，将按本规定1和2处置。在少于六个队员的情况下，必须以单人赛开始比赛，集体比赛可以滞后。那些在八点半以后到场的队员，必须在征得对方队长的同意后才能上场，对方队长拥有这个决定权。如果在八点半后一个的出场队员少于六个，对方队有权要求不战而胜。在对方队不能清楚他们是否有六个队员到场的情况下，我们鼓励队长们采用本规定。让我们更具有运动员的精神。
9. If
a team can not raise 6 players, the team captain should contact the opposing
team captain 24 hours
earlier to re-arrange
the match.
如果一个队不能召集到六个队员，其队长应该在二十四小时之前通知对方队队长以便重新安排比赛。
10. Postponed games should be rescheduled within two weeks. If not
possible the home team should
inform the division
captain or the league Secretary.
推迟的比赛应该在二个星期内重新安排，如果不能安排，主场队队长应该通告记分员或组委会秘书。
11. All teams are
required to provide in writing the following information:

所有队应该提供以下书面资料：队名；主场地点；主场地点的导向图；队员名单；主场地点的联络电话；队长与联络人；队长联络电话；传真；手提电话与电子邮件地址。
12.
No team is allowed to change name once the new season has started.
在赛季中不允许改变队名。
13. No team can
split into two and remain in the same division. A minimum of five original team
members are to remain to maintain a team in a division otherwise it
will be regarded as a new team.
不允许一个队分列成二个队又同时存在在同一个组中。重组的队至少要保留五名老队员，不然该队将被示为一个新队。
14. Each team will be
responsible for filling out and delivering a full roster of the players of your
team to
the league secretary.
If players would like to switch teams, it will be necessary to advise the
Darts
Committee to make the
adjustment. If a player has already registered on one team, they cannot play
for another unless the Darts
Committee has sanctioned it. Under no circumstances will the Darts
Committee impede on this
change. This rule is in place to guarantee that only players on your team
will participate and hopefully
reduce the possibility of people playing for more than one team.
Any player who is not
registered can play; there is no restriction on transient or friends who wish to
join for the night. However,
there will be no individual statistical records kept for non-registered
players.
每个队将负责送一份队员名单给委员会秘书。如果队员打算转队，必须通知飞镖委员会作出调整。如果一个队员已经是某个队的注册队员，他或她不能在其它队参加比赛，除非他或她已经得到飞镖委员会的准许。这条规定为防止和减少一个队员在多个队参加比赛的情况发生。任何非注册的队员可以参加某晚的比赛，但是他或她没有个人累计分的记录。
15.
Mickey Mouse: Players cannot "split"
scores on doubles, triples or bull.
米老鼠比赛：双倍，三倍和红心的分数不得分裂。
16.
All players must play from behind the line.
所有的投镖手必须站在标识线后。
17. ETIQUETTE
Order: The team
must play in the order as it is marked on the board and on the score sheet.
The first named
player in both teams throws for the bull and throws first in 1001 game, double
games
and Mickey mouse.
Order of players remains the same in both 1001 and Mickey Mouse.
顺序：选手的投镖顺序必须按计分板和计分表上的顺序进行。二个队的第一名选手通过争红心以决定谁先开始。选手在1001与米老鼠比赛的投镖顺序必须一致。
18.
Scoring: As a general principle, the home team should score the first
game, with the way of taking
alternate turns. Relegation/Delegation: At the end of the spring
2002 season the bottom two
teams from Division I will be relegated to Division II. The bottom
two teams from Division II will be
relegated to Division III. The Top 2 teams from Division III will
be delegated to Division II. The Top
2 teams from Division II will be delegated to Division I.
计分：总体来说，主场队应该做第一项比赛的计分，然后轮换计分。升级与降级：在2002年春季赛结束后，甲组排名最后的二个队将降级到乙组，乙组排名最后的二个队将降级到丙组，丙组排名最前的二个队将升级到乙组，乙组排名最前的二个队将升级到甲组。
19. Conduct: Violent,
intimidating and threatening behavior will not be tolerated.
ANY TEAM ACTING IN SUCH A WAY WILL BE
EXPELLED FROM THE LEAGUE AND THEIR LEAGUE FEES WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
行为：暴力，胁迫与恐怖行为是不能容忍的。任何队发生这样的事件将被驱除出俱乐部，并且不退还会费。
